Have you heard about Small Business Saturday®? Well, here’s the scoop:

“The 2nd annual Small Business Saturday® is a day dedicated to supporting small businesses on one of the busiest shopping weekends of the year.

On November 26, American Express is asking millions of Americans to Shop Small^(sm) at their favorite local stores and help fuel the economy. When we all shop small, it will be huge.”

So, The Wayside Inn is asking you to support the local small businesses in your community.  If you live in Ellicott City, here’s a list of small businesses to visit (and, may we suggest, that after all your shopping, you pop into The Wine Bin for an ‘elixir’? And, be on the lookout for David who may be perusing the isles no matter what time of day it is!).
