Policies

• Check-in times are between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm daily. Check-out is by 11:00 am. We can offer other times by previous arrangement with the Innkeeper.
• All rooms are centrally air conditioned and heated, and have televisions, with Verizon Fios cable with over 400 channels of TV, Movies, and Music. Paid On-Demand service is available upon request.
• Betty’s Suite is the only room that can accommodate more than two people. There is a $25.00 charge for each additional person in that room, regardless of age.
• A full breakfast is served each morning and is included in the price of your room. We are happy to accommodate many varied dietary requests (Vegetarian, Gluten Free, etc.) upon request.
• Afternoon refreshments are served every day between 5:00 and 6:00 pm. 24-hour prior request is required.
• One night deposit is required upon reservation for 1-2 night stays; a 50% deposit is required for 3 or more nights. A seventy-two-hour cancellation notice is required for a full refund; a one-week cancellation notice is required for all major holidays or for special events for a full refund. There will be a $25 fee for all canceled reservations.
